I believe we had a fruitful session that will further shape the management team towards efficiency – through RACI, priority setting & resource allocation, continuous improvement on our way of working, sharing objectives and of course, getting to know each other better to further build trust within the team.

Putting in place a very dynamic and co-creative workshop for the 150 top managers of Proximus with the aim to deliver concrete and actionable insights to improve the ways of working. This was the challenge given to Link’maker, which was met with great success and professionalism. Participants’ energy level was up, feed-back very positive.
My team and I have engaged with Link'maker in a leadership effectiveness journey. We operate in a stressful situation with declining revenues because of patent expiries, whilst at the same time focusing on rebuilding the franchise for the mid to long term. The journey started with interviews followed by a 2 day offsite with the team. Both on content and form the facilitator has been instrumental to the success of the offsite striking a good balance between directive and sometimes less directive moderation. She also brought a very good mix between animation of the workshop whilst adding valuable expert insights to enrich the discussion.
